Meet The Artist: Melissa Seager:
"Art has always been my passion, though life led me down a different path—one that seemed fulfilling for others but never truly my own. It wasn’t until illness forced me to slow down that I rediscovered what had been missing. When I could barely get out of bed, art became my refuge. It gave me purpose when I felt powerless, helping me heal both physically and mentally. Now, for the first time, I’m embracing the true me—where I’ve always belonged." - M. 

On The Art Piece Regeneration: 
"As life tends to push us on constant path of the same things daily I found if we slowly push through, broadening our path, widening our mind, new beauty and paths can be found. Regeneration was done during a time I was finding myself with my art. Finding new paths, finding the beauty your own mind has to offer if you just let it go."

 

On The Art Piece Succor: 
"While this piece was being born I was thinking of my favorite time, spring. The time of rebirth, the time to shake off the old and pour into the new. The time for the winter to leave and take the dark days and for spring to be reborn. The images within are those I feel are doing to me. A time that is the most magical."
